The City That Never Sleeps

With its massive size and endless range of experiences to offer, New York is a test of the visitors' powers of endurance. It consists of five boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island. Each of these boroughs is an experience in its own right, most of the must-see attractions, however, are in Manhattan. The city is full of high-rises and awe-inspiring sights, where you can spend time in countless ways. You don't go to New York City to rest, so it's a good idea to make the best of every single minute – head to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, see the view from the top of the Empire State Building or Rockefeller Center, shop on Fifth Avenue or in Soho, take a ride on the subway and in one of NYC's yellow taxis, walk across the Brooklyn Bridge, while a few hours away over a large cup of coffee in a trendy café and watch the world go by in the bustling streets.

Art lovers can admire some of the finest art collections in excellent galleries and museums, such as MoMA, the Met and the Guggenheim. Another unforgettable experience is to see a Broadway show, but make sure to get your tickets in time. Once you’ve had your fill of culture, head to Little Italy for a tasty meal or to Chinatown, where you’ll feel like you’re on a mini-trip as part of your big NYC trip. New York comes to life with a special atmosphere at night, when the neon lights in the famous Times Square shine even more brightly. The city that never sleeps lures visitors with its many bars, jazz clubs, stand-up clubs and any other kind of nightlife entertainment you can possibly think of.

To get away from the hustle and bustle, head to the Central Park, where you can spend the whole day as there are plenty of things to do – there is a zoo, numerous lakes, a carousel, playgrounds, gardens and green picnic areas.

New York City is home to people of over 200 different nationalities, which is reflected in the wide variety of different culinary and shopping options. During a walk through the city streets, you will see that each neighbourhood offers a different and one-of-a-kind version of the city.
