We offer first-class and fully customised services for domestic and foreign passengers from the world of politics, economics, business, culture and entertainment, as well as to all other passengers who want a comfortable and carefree start, layover or end to their journey at the Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport.

Comfortable and pleasant atmosphere

Upon arrival, VIP passengers are taken by a comfortable vehicle to one of the lounges, where they can wait for their connecting flight and do their work in a pleasant atmosphere. They will be served refreshing drinks and light snacks. If notified of the wishes of your guest in time, we can also provide special snacks, drinks, flower arrangements or delivery of domestic and foreign newspapers and magazines.

Our highly trained staff is ready to help VIP passengers and their companions from the time they arrive until the time they leave our airport.

There are two lounges in passenger terminal B.  The larger one allows for organising smaller receptions and press conferences and is equipped with TV and internet.

Fast and discreet service

Our staff will handle the majority of formal procedures upon arrival or departure. Passenger participation is needed only if required by national and safety requirements or the requirements of international aviation standards. Passengers are provided with fast and discreet service, avoid the usual need to traverse the terminal and spend a more relaxed and higher-quality time at the airport. Transport between the plane and the lounge takes place in a comfortable vehicle.

We do not offer VIP services to passengers with limited mobility (e.g. those in need of a wheelchair).
